Pitbull Saviors

Pitbull Saviors is a non-profit, Pitbull Rescue, we operate from Camden NSW, In Sydney's South West.

The organization is run by Mohi Healey, local of Camden, who started it all in 2011. 
Fueled by the deep love towards Pitbulls, and the aspiration to make a difference in the lives of these beautiful creatures.

At Pitbull Saviors we rescue Pitbulls, ie Staffordshires, Pitbull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, and any breed that falls under the 'Pitbull' Classification.


We acquire our dogs from Pounds and Shelters around the Greater Sydney area, where their lives are on thin ice.

We also accept and adopt out surrendered Pitbulls, abandoned Pitbulls, as well as capture stray Pitbulls we are informed of, giving them a safe and comfortable place to live until their owners can be tracked down and  contacted, if these strays are in our custody for longer than two months, and we have no success in contacting their owners, they are adopted out to a new forever home. If these strays are not registered or microchipped, we get those details up to date, and adopt them out.

Along with the rescue of Pitbulls, 
we also rehabilitate dogs with serious behavioral issues.
Before adopting them out to their forever homes that we match up for them.

We are giving training and the right attention to Pitbulls and dogs with behavioural issues, hoping to thin out the number of troubled dogs in the area by means of educating and training the animals, rather than simply killing them. We aim to ultimately change the public's, and the government's view towards these beautiful, loyal creatures, one pooch at a time.
